- Are commercially savvy. By that, we mean that they go beyond the text-book answers and make a point of understanding what the client is really looking for; once they have done that, they deliver solutions in an innovative way.

We have recently refined our solicitors' career path for to ensure that this is better aligned with our objective of building a top quality professional services firm. The structure has four levels; Solicitor; Associate; Director; and Partner and is based on a comprehensively-defined set of competencies which we believe are key to our lawyers' career development in support of the Firm's continued success. The Firm sees the new structure as adding value to its existing philosophy of advancement on merit being, by providing a clearer route-map for career-building, via the demonstration of competencies.
