So, what’s on offer?

Salary

We offer competitive salaries which place us in the upper quartile for our sector.

Annual Cash Bonus Plan

This provides the opportunity for lawyers to earn a bonus of up to:

  • 15% of salary for Solicitors
  • 20% of salary for Associates and Directors
The bonus scheme is transparent, and bonus received is based on the Firm’s performance and your individual performance.

Holiday

  • 25 days annual holiday entitlement; increasing to 28 days with length of service
  • 9 public and local holidays

Group Life Assurance

We currently have a Group Life Assurance Plan in operation. You become eligible immediately on start, and the cover provided is four times’ salary.

Pension

We currently have a Group Personal Pension Plan in operation with Standard Life. You become eligible to join after 6 month’s service.

  • Employer contribution: 6%
  • Employee contribution: None required

Private Health Care

We currently offer this through BUPA and the scheme in operation is ‘Medical History Disregarded’. You become eligible to join after one year’s service, and there is an option to add partners, spouses and/or dependents at your own cost.

Maternity Pay

Enhanced pay in operation for those employees with over two years’ service.

Paternity Pay

Enhanced pay in operation: 1 week full pay; 1 week SPP
