Reward Package
We aim to deliver on our belief that people are our greatest asset by offering competitive salaries in the upper quartile for the sector - and that applies to trainees too as we pay well above the Law Society recommended rates, recognising that extra contribution our trainees make. The current salary for the first year trainees is £17,500 rising to £21,000 in the second year of training. Salaries are reviewed annually in November.
We have also established a progressive range of incentives and benefits including an annual cash bonus plan, providing trainees with the opportunity to earn bonus of up to 15% of salary. What's more, we will pay £1,000 towards your diploma in Legal Practice or Legal Practice Course costs.
As you would expect we have also ensured that highly competitive arrangements are in place for:

We also offer our trainees the opportunity to take up to 4 weeks unpaid leave on completion of their training contract. Should you choose to take us up on this, you will also be given the option of a £1,000 interest-free loan to assist you in any plans for your leave!
