The selection process

Our selection process has three key stages:

Stage 1 - Submit your CV

All applications must be submitted using our application form which is available by clicking on the link. Our application form is extremely straightforward, as we appreciate you also have other demands on your time!

Stage 2 - Pre-selection

Based on required levels of academic attainment and criteria set out by the partners of each service area, we create the initial shortlist of candidates to invite to our assessment day.

Stage 3 - Round 1 interviews

Our assessment day consists of two parts:

1) Competency-based interview involving an Associate and an HR representative

2) Brief presentation to two partners on a topic related to the specific service area, followed by questions

Following this, you will be taken on a tour of the office with a current trainee, and will have the opportunity to go for a coffee with them.

Appointments will be made based on your performance in the competency-based interview, and your presentation.
